Ataur Raquib serves as a litigation attorney for the Brain Injury Rights Group. He graduated from Florida State University in May 2014. Thereafter, he graduated from Georgetown Law University Center in May of 2019. In August of 2021, he was admitted to the New York State Bar.
As a junior associate in the private sector, Ataur primarily litigated claims of False Arrest, Malicious Prosecution, and Excessive Force under New York State Law and U.S.C. §1983 against individually named NYPD officers and the City of New York. He worked intensively to protect his client’s claims throughout dispositive motion practice to obtain settlements at or above fair market value.
In his free time, Ataur enjoys creative writing, clowning his friends, killing the dancefloor, playing violent video games, spending time with his family, and being a Florida Man.
