Paralegal | Marketing Associate
Amelia is a member of the paralegal and outreach team at BIRG. She attended The New School in Manhattan, majoring in Biopolitics, while also taking graduate policy classes at The New School for Social Research. During her time at school, she was a member of the Mock Trial team and choreographed for dance companies across the nation. Before joining BIRG, she taught movement classes for all ages and abilities, worked in nonprofit and arts administration, and excelled as a saleswoman. Amelia is passionate about advocating for a more equitable education system and plans to attend law school in the future.
Outside of work, Amelia enjoys spending time in the park with her dog, upcycling thrifted furniture, reading philosophy, practicing yoga with friends, listening to house music, and trying new restaurants. She is empathetic and passionate, loves to laugh, and is the proud new owner of a cochlear implant.
