Edward Lent is an accomplished attorney admitted to the New York and Massachusetts Bars, with a Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in May 2018. Edward excelled academically, ranking in the top 5% of his class and earning Book Awards in Contracts I, Contracts II, Patent Law, and Antitrust Law. As a Senior Editor for the Florida A&M University Law Review, he played a crucial role in coordinating the publication process and ensuring high editorial standards. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a focus in Astronautics and a minor in Mathematics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Professionally, Edward brings a wealth of diverse experience to the Brain Injury Rights Group. His previous roles include Associate Counsel at the United States Department of Veterans’ Affairs, where he developed and operated labor relations programs and advocated for veteran benefits. Edward also served as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, gaining expertise in patent law and prior art research. His extensive background includes internships at The VIP Law Firm and Qorvo, as well as teaching positions in Mathematics and Physics. Edward’s unique combination of legal, technical, and teaching skills make him a valuable asset to our team, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.
