Lisa K. Eastwood is an accomplished attorney with a distinguished career in civil litigation, specializing in education law, guardianship, adoption, commercial and contract disputes, and family law. She is a partner at Eastwood, Scandariato & Steinberg in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, where she emphasizes education law. Lisa represents children with special needs and their families in IEP meetings, due process hearings, appeals, and negotiations with school districts, and addresses issues related to bullying. Her litigation practice spans administrative, state, and federal trial and appellate courts, showcasing her broad expertise in civil disputes.

Lisa’s extensive legal experience includes serving as an Independent Hearing Officer for the New York State Department of Education, conducting impartial hearings and related conferences. She has held positions at the New York Legal Assistance Group, Bragar, Wexler, Eagel & Morgenstern, Latham & Watkins, Mudge, Rose, Guthrie, Alexander & Ferdon, and Kelley Drye & Warren, where she handled various litigation matters.
