LIZ FULLER, ESQ.

Liz is a Civil Litigation Attorney for the DC, MD, and VA area who has a passion for advocating for families with special needs children. As a mother of two children in the public school special education program, Liz knows firsthand how daunting and overwhelming the process can be to try to get the best support for kids with special needs.

Before joining the LIBERTY & FREEDOM LEGAL GROUP Liz served as a Magistrate for the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia and practiced as a civil litigation attorney with a small firm and also federal employment law. Liz also has a background working in the non-profit and government sectors. In her previous firms, Liz helped spearhead collective bargaining for law enforcement as a representative for a police union and represented employees in discrimination and whistleblower claims before the EEOC, OSC, and MSPB.

Liz brings an enthusiasm for advocacy to everything she does and loves to support families of children with disabilities with encouragement as they fight for what they are entitled under IDEA.
