Daniela Jampel, Esq., is an experienced litigator who joins the Brain Injury Rights Group from the New York City Law Department. She is a graduate of Cornell University and Fordham University’s School of Law. Prior to joining BIRG, Daniela defended the City of New York against high-value and high-profile tort claims. Daniela also led the movement to fully reopen NYC schools during the 2020-2021 school year, and the effort to end school masking during the 2021-2022 school year. Daniela brings her passion for children’s and parents’ rights to her work at BIRG.
